🤝On March 18, 2026, during the expanded meeting of the CBU Board of Directors, JSC Trust "Zhytlobud-1", one of the largest construction companies in Ukraine founded in 1947, joined the Board of Directors.

🏦 Over its more than 70-year history, the company has accumulated unique experience, allowing it to unite the avant-garde of the construction industry in building residential complexes, reconstructing historical and social facilities, and supporting socially significant city programs.
JSC Trust "Zhytlobud-1" is one of the largest taxpayers in Kharkiv. Its structural divisions employ about 3,000 workers. The company has 4 million m² of constructed housing to its credit.

🏡 Among the facilities reconstructed by the company are the Kharkiv Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after M. Lysenko, the first 24-story residential building in Ukraine, the "Yuvileinyi" Sports Palace, the cable car in the Central Park of Culture and Recreation named after M. Gorky, and the Mirror Stream.

Despite the difficult security situation in Kharkiv, JSC Trust "Zhytlobud-1" continues to build and restore the city after Russian missile strikes.
