🏗️What are the prospects for the development of industrial technologies of reinforced concrete?
Reinforced concrete is one of the key elements of restoring a strong and reliable infrastructure that can withstand the challenges of time. Today, there are a number of challenges in this field that require a lot of work. In particular, the reconstruction of a huge amount of destroyed housing and infrastructure.
🌐Prospects of rebuilding Ukraine's infrastructure using industrial technologies and reinforced concrete were discussed during the conference "Industrial technologies and reinforced concrete: a new development vector", traditionally organized by Prof Build with the support of CBU.
At the opening of the event, Olena Voskobiynyk, Director of the Department of Technical Regulation in Construction of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, spoke a welcome speech.
👤 Oleksandr Rotov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CBU, and Anatoliy Berkuta, Vice-President of CBU, also took part in the conference, and shared their experience regarding the peculiarities of regulation and the development of new technologies.
💬 "First of all, this is the reconstruction of destroyed housing and infrastructure. We all know the extent of the destruction. We have to find ways of quick and high-quality recovery. The prefab technology, which involves the use of pre-made modules, can help in this", said Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of CBU.
🌐He welcomed the participants and noted that on November 13, the Recovery Construction Forum 3.0 will be held in Warsaw (Poland), where the issues of the reconstruction of Ukraine will be considered: new challenges, priorities and sources of financing, as well as recycling in construction as the basis of the future reconstruction of Ukraine.
🌐 Oleksandr Chervak also invited those present to take part in the professional forum "Modern systems for the protection of building structures", which will be held on December 11 and will bring together leading experts and specialists of the construction industry to discuss current challenges and solutions in the field of waterproofing, sealing and protection of structures.
👤Vasyl Andreyev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, Chairman of the Construction Workers' Union Of Ukraine, welcomed the participants, noting the importance of qualified personnel for the reconstruction of Ukraine and the development of new technologies.
👤Gennadiy Farenyuk, Director of the State Enterprise "State Research Institute of Building Constructions, a member of the Board of Directors of CBU, and Oleksandr Lisenyi, Ph.D., Head of the Department of SE, told about industrial construction during the restoration of destroyed housing as a result of military aggression. It allows fast, high-quality and energy-efficient construction, which is critically important for the large-scale reconstruction of Ukraine.
🌇Prospects for industrial construction are growing significantly thanks to the introduction of European experience, in particular prefab technologies, which allow quick and reliable construction of housing. An important aspect of prefab construction is complete transparency at all stages - from design to implementation, which ensures effective quality control and compliance with deadlines. Ready-made wall modules are a clear example of the use of modern technologies in this direction.
👤Valeriy Kotlyar, the founder of BARKS, a member of the CBU Board of Directors, commented on the role of complex solutions, an individual approach and compliance with international standards.
👤Oleksii Bilokon, commercial director of the Royal House, a member of the Board of Directors of CBU, presented modern technologies of industrial construction using the example of ready-made wall modules of TM "Royal House".
🛤️The second panel was devoted to reconstruction according to the principle of build back better by the method of industrial construction. Natalia Diuzhylova, Deputy Head of the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine, moderated the discussion. The discussion was joined by Artem Bezuglyi, Director of the State Enterprise "National Institute for Development Infrastructure", a member of the Board of Directors of the СBU, he shared the institute's achievements in this field.
🏭So, an important role is played by the use of industrial elements of factory production that simplify and speed up the construction of buildings, as well as modern information technologies that optimize construction management.
🌐A good opportunity is to attract international experience. Thus, Janne Harjunpää, CEO of the East Office of Finnish Industries, a strategic business partner of CBU, presented Finnish solutions for supporting Ukraine, and Matti Silvennoinen, the COO of Elematic, which is part of the East Office of Finnish Industries, described the process of fast, scalable, productive and sustainable prefabricated construction. Yuriі Tromsa, head of Peikko Ukraine, a member of the Board of Directors of CBU, also informed about solutions for reinforced concrete that make construction faster, more convenient and more reliable.
🌐Dr.Ima Khrenova-Shymkina, Project Manager of GIZ, took part in the discussion of the international experience of using industrial construction.
👤Tetyana Tkachenko, head of the department of technologies for environmental protection and labor protection of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, member of the Board of Directors of CBU, spoke about the requirements for sustainable construction projects, standards and methods for confirming compliance, benefits for people and communities.
Among other technologies, participants discussed the possibilities of using architectural concrete, which combines strength and aesthetics in renewable structures, and prefabricated construction, which provides the possibility of scaling projects, while maintaining the performance and reliability of structures, which is critically important in today's environment.
We face unique challenges and opportunities, and it is innovative approaches in construction that will allow us to build faster, better and with future needs in mind.
WE WILL WIN AND REBUILD EVERYTHING! 💪
TOGETHER TO VICTORY!
GLORY TO UKRAINE! 💙💛
