🔍 CBU and SE "INFRAPROJECT" join forces to develop transparent procurement

On April 30, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and the Centralized Purchasing Organization SE "INFRAPROJECT".

📌 The purpose of the Memorandum is to consolidate efforts to create a competitive, transparent, and open public procurement market in the field of construction works and engineering services, as well as to increase the efficiency of public investment projects for the recovery and development of Ukraine's infrastructure.

The cooperation focuses on:
🔹 developing effective interaction between the public and private sectors;

🔹 increasing the level of competition in public procurement;
🔹 implementing transparent, unified, and predictable procurement procedures;
🔹 developing the engineering services market;
🔹 attracting additional capacities from national and international participants, considering future major challenges related to the scale of Ukraine's infrastructure recovery and development;
🔹 improving the quality of preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects;
🔹 implementing modern approaches to bid evaluation, including non-price criteria.

On behalf of the CBU, the Memorandum was signed by President Lev Partskhaladze, and on behalf of the CPO SE "INFRAPROJECT" — by Volodymyr Levkovych, Director of the organization.
