🌐On December 22, 2023, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine took part in a conference organized by the Ukraine-Korea New Building Association (UKA) and the Korea-Ukraine New Building Association (KUNBA).

Associations direct their activities to the development of bilateral business relations, the search for partners and the implementation of projects for the restoration of Ukraine.

🤝The event was organized to discuss plans for 2024 and projects that could be implemented in cooperation between Ukraine and Korea in the post-war period or today. The meeting was attended by experts and representatives of Ukrainian and Korean businesses, business associations, etc.

👤 President of the Ukraine-Korea New Building Association Andriy Biryukov and Lee YANG-GOO, President of the Korea-Ukraine New Building Association, gave a welcome speech.

🔋During the conference, Oleksandr Chervak, executive director of CBU, was a speaker in a discussion on the topic "How does Ukraine fulfill its obligations regarding reforms in the construction market, on which accession to the EU depends?". The participants discussed cooperation with Korean companies and CBU's experience in this matter, Ukraine's successes in implementing energy-efficient approaches and European standards in construction. Andriy Kulikov, Ukrainian journalist and editor, Yuriy Maslov, Ukrainian public figure, Mykhailo Blonsky and business representatives took part in the discussion.

💬As part of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ukraine-Korea New Building Association (UKA) and the Korea-Ukraine New Building Association (KUNBA). The participants of the conference also signed the Declaration of the joint meeting of the UKA and the KUNBA on condemnation of russian aggression, gratitude to the Republic of Korea for its support of Ukraine, and congratulations on the signed Memorandum.

During the conference, discussions were also held on the topic "Assessment of Ukraine's chances of becoming an economic miracle in one generation like South Korea" and "Economic risks and working cases. What is worth trusting?".
