🌿 Cooperation for Energy Recovery: CBU and ASEU Sign a Memorandum on Cooperation

📝 On 14 November 2025, during the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition, a Memorandum on Cooperation was signed between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and the Public Union “Solar Energy Association of Ukraine” (ASEU).

👥 On behalf of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, the Memorandum was signed by Lev Partskhaladze, President of CBU, and on behalf of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine – Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of the Board.

📍 The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish a platform for systematic cooperation aimed at increasing the efficiency of infrastructure and building reconstruction and ensuring their energy security, energy efficiency and energy independence.

In addition, the Memorandum provides for the creation of favourable conditions for attracting direct investment resources into Ukraine’s recovery process, developing the construction sector and the solar energy sector, promoting equal competitive conditions for all participants in the construction market and the electricity market, ensuring conditions for the reform and development of Ukraine’s construction and energy sectors (including solar energy), introducing modern technologies and know-how in the construction and energy industries of Ukraine, and advancing the development of renewable energy sources.
