📝 On 14 November 2025, during the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition, a Memorandum on Cooperation was signed between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and the Separate Division of Helvetas Ukraine Swiss Intercooperation in Ukraine.

👥 On behalf of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, the Memorandum was signed by Lev Partskhaladze, President of CBU, and on behalf of the Separate Division of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in Ukraine – Petr Base, Head of the Separate Division of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in Ukraine.

The purpose of the Memorandum is cooperation in the following areas:

🔸 Support for Sustainable Reconstruction
🔸 Capacity Building and Skills Development
🔸 Exchange of Knowledge and Best Practices
🔸 Partnership with International Stakeholders
🔸 Strengthening Local Construction Capacity

The Memorandum also provides for the creation of a platform to support development and innovation in Ukraine’s construction sector and related manufacturing industries, including the advancement of modern, energy-efficient and sustainable building technologies that will contribute to the country’s effective and transparent recovery and reconstruction.
