🏦 Globus Bank's lending to the construction industry and primary market mortgages has exceeded UAH 3 billion

On March 18, 2026, during the CBU Business Day, Olena Dmitrieva, First Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board at Globus Bank, member of the CBU Board of Directors, and financial partner of the event, outlined the bank's key areas of activity in financing the construction industry and the housing market.

💬 "We lend to construction industry enterprises: more than 30% of our loan portfolio consists of loans provided to developers. We also lend to individuals purchasing housing on the primary market. Currently, over UAH 3 billion in mortgage loans for primary housing have already been issued", - noted Ms. Olena.
