⚙️ Key pricing tools and their application in construction and reconstruction projects

The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, together with the CBU, is organizing a meeting dedicated to the implementation of the updated pricing system in construction and its practical application.

During the event, we will consider the practical aspects of using the Construction Product Codifier and the Price Database, as well as new approaches to forming construction costs, in particular regarding the inclusion of wage levels at different stages of project implementation.

Topics for discussion:
🔸 the role of the Construction Product Codifier in the pricing system;
🔸 functioning and application of the Price Database;
🔸 use of manufacturer prices when conducting cost analysis;
🔸 updated approaches to determining the level of remuneration at different stages of the project.
