🏭Mobile Precast Concrete Plant – an Advanced Technology for Rapid Construction of Residential Buildings in Ukraine
Jorma Syväjärvi, Managing Director of MTPartners Ltd, partner company with Best-Hall Ltd/Finnino and strategic partner of the forum “Modern Finnish Technologies, Equipment and Expertise for the Reconstruction of Ukraine,” informed forum participants about the advantages of using mobile precast concrete plant technology during his speech at the discussion session.
This technology enables predictable production costs due to the controlled factory environment, while also minimizing the risks of delays and unforeseen expenses directly on the construction site. Additionally, logistics costs and emissions are reduced, which has a positive environmental impact.

This concept is very useful in construction development where we need to quickly establish plants to accelerate housing construction," emphasized Jorma Syväjärvi. "We are confident that we will be highly competitive in conditions where substantial investments and financing are required within a short period."
👷 The speaker paid particular attention to worker safety, which remains a constant priority. Working in an ergonomic factory environment is significantly safer than traditional construction processes. Working conditions are not dependent on weather factors, and there is a reduced level of dust and physical strain related to heavy lifting. All workers undergo centralized training, and performance standards remain consistently high, enabling the advantages of true mass production.
Flexibility is another key advantage of the system. The plant features a modular configuration that can be adapted to specific spatial conditions and site needs.
