🍃 On 8 October 2025, as part of the CBU Business Day during the round table discussion “Green Skills for Ukraine's Recovery: Government-Business dialogue” was presented a roadmap to support the creation of green jobs in Ukraine

🎤 Svitlana Berzina, President of the NGO “Living Planet” presented the results of a study:

“Аt the round table we presented for the first time the roadmap for increasing green jobs in Ukraine. The roadmap was developed within the framework of the project “Green Jobs for the Recovery and European Integration of Ukraine.” The research was conducted by two international partners — the United Nations Environment Programme and the International Labour Organization. The national partner in this project was the All-Ukrainian Environmental NGO “Living Planet,” which I represent.

A large number of government institutions, business associations, including the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, were also involved in the study. I am deeply grateful to our partners. Together, we conducted analytical and field research, identified how many green jobs currently exist in Ukraine, assessed the potential for growth, and, most importantly, defined what needs to be done during Ukraine’s recovery to create more green jobs and provide opportunities for reintegration of our defenders and veterans, who must receive the highest standards of working conditions and quality of life.”
