🏗️ Pricing reform, the new National Price Base, and changes in the field of public procurement were discussed during the first block of the CBU Business Day

📅 On June 18, 2026, within the framework of the CBU Business Day, the first thematic block "New Construction Economy: Pricing Reform, Labor Remuneration, and the Cost of Rebuilding Ukraine" took place.

🧑‍⚖️ The discussion was moderated by Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU). Representatives of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, BRDO, the expert community, and businesses participated in the event.

👥 The speakers of the block were:

📌 The discussion focused on the formation of a new pricing system in construction, the development of the National Price Base, the creation of the Codifier of Construction Products, issues of labor remuneration in the industry, and the adaptation of public procurement mechanisms to the needs of the large-scale rebuilding of Ukraine.

📌 The discussion participants noted that pricing reform, digitalization of processes, and updating of public procurement mechanisms are basic conditions for creating a predictable and competitive construction market capable of ensuring the effective implementation of large-scale rebuilding projects in Ukraine.
