Prospects for Developing Typical Designs Today

Ukraine is gradually attracting an increasing number of countries and institutions for post-war reconstruction. However, we must remember that it is easier to attract financing if there is already a ready-made project or development plan.

You should be prepared to receive the funds now. Communities need to develop comprehensive spatial development plans, projects for investments must be ready. Lev Partskhaladze, President of the CBU, told about this during the summing up of the results of the architectural Hackathon "100 ideas for cities", organized by IRS, in partnership with CBU.

The moderators of the event were Iryna Yarmolenko, founder of IRS, author of the Hackathon, and Zoryana Tikhonchuk, creative director of IRS.

The event took place within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Summit of Mayors, organized by the Club of Mayors.

"As one of the good solutions that communities should pay attention to when developing a plan - typical designs. We are working on the development of similar typical designs of various infrastructure facilities. I am sure that we have ideas that will change the cities of Ukraine for the better and inspire the world community," said Mr. Partskhaladze.

🟢Public and urban development direction:

🔹Rehabilitation and sports complex in Poltava - Daria Prymak.

🔹City community center project in Bakhmach - Dmytro Chulkov.

🔹Olympic Center, paralympic training and rehabilitation of people with disabilities Zalissya village in Shatsky district, Volyn - Ida Origgi.

🔹Reconstruction of the existing boiler house into a multifunctional sports complex - Bandulyak Ilya

🔹Recreational and sports rehabilitation space for military and civilians - Pylypenko Olesya (Sabiy Oriana)

🔹"ART-river" - arrangement of the embankment of the Teteriv River and the beach area - Victoria Vikhtiuk.

🔹"SPORTYVNY" park - Vladyslav Lutsyk.
