🏥Work on the reuse project of hospitals continues
On November 1, the first meeting of the Advisory Group on the pilot hospital design for reuse of the medical facility took place.
🤝We remind you that earlier IHDA companies started close cooperation on the development of the pilot project "Development of the project for reuse in the construction of a health care facility in Ukraine" for the needs of the construction of hospitals in Ukraine with the support of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine and the Ministry of health of Ukraine, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The goal is to prepare a reuse project for public hospitals which can be easily and free of charge implemented in accordance with regional needs and conditions.
💻After development, the project will be uploaded to the Single Electronic System in the Construction Sector, from where they can be applied to projects that will be financed with budget funds.

🔹 Familiarization with functional and technical requirements (principles of organization of service provision in medical institutions, logistics needs, requirements for low-carbon technologies, requirements of the EU taxonomy directive)
🔹Research of typical solutions and processes
🔹Creation of concept and sketch project

In addition, the participants got acquainted with the total number of destroyed medical facilities in Ukraine, which only confirms the need to create projects for reuse. Particular attention was paid to the regulation of similar initiatives by legislation, and to the determination of the level of responsibility of each party.
