🏗️ Taxes, investments, and the structure of development projects: key issues for the construction business

📌 How to assess the investment attractiveness of real estate, what tax rules apply to transactions with future real estate assets, how forward contracts are used, and what features transfer pricing has — these issues were discussed during the webinar "Real Estate 2026: Investments, Taxes, and New Development Rules" held on August 14, 2026, by Crowe Mikhailenko, a member of the CBU Board of Directors, together with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
