👤President of the CBU Lev Partskhaladze took part in the Poland-Ukraine Construction Convention (II edycja Konwencji Budownictwo Polska – Ukraina)
In particular, during the conference, they discussed the possibility of consortia of countries, the implementation of technical, material and financial EU standards in Ukraine, the analysis of the advantages and risks of working in Ukraine in the context of the Polish construction investment market, and much more.

The discussion was joint :
✔️ Jan Styliński, CEO of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs in the Construction Industry (Polski Związek Pracodawców Budownictwa - PZPB)
✔️ Lev Partskhaladze, President of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine
✔️ Karol Kubica, Director of the Foreign Trade Bureau of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Kyiv (Zagranicznego Biura Handlowego PAIH w Kijowie)
✔️ Leszek Gołąbiecki, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Unibep SA
✔️ Gennadiy Farenyuk, Director of the State Enterprise "State Research Institute of Building Constructions"
✔️ Janusz Komurkiewicz, Member of the board of the company "FAKRO"
👉The moderator was Dariusz Szymczycha, Vice-President of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (PUIG).

Lev Partskhaladze recalled that before the war, according to the Doing Business rating, Ukraine was in 10th place in obtaining construction permits. However, according to his expectations, if the rating continued to be updated, our country would be in 5th place, because today, despite the military actions, construction processes are much more transparent and open.
Separately, within the framework of the discussion, the issue of the workforce in both countries - Ukraine and Poland - was discussed. So, according to the PZPB, with the full-scale invasion, about 250,000 Ukrainian workers left the territory of Poland, and now these personnel need to be found.
In Ukraine, there is currently a shortage of personnel, despite the fact that recovery is taking place partially in those areas where it is conditionally safe. At the same time, after the Victory, the scale of construction and restoration will be enormous, and we must prepare for this now.
💬 "Poland should become a hub for the recovery of Ukraine. We, in turn, are open to cooperation. We must be ready for the conditional Marshall Plan and develop typical projects already today. At one moment, everything can change, and Ukraine will need to be rebuilt here and now," Lev Partskhaladze said.

WE WILL WIN AND REBUILD EVERYTHING! 💪

GLORY TO UKRAINE! 💙💛
