🌐The war in Ukraine changed the geopolitical schedule in Europe and affected the international security system. Implementation of construction projects in Ukraine is both a challenge and an opportunity for Polish partners.
The possibilities and difficulties of attracting foreign business to Ukraine were discussed during the Congress on the Reconstruction of Ukraine COMMON FUTURE, where Olena Shtohryn, managing partner of Dictio Law Firm, a member of the Board of Directors of CBU, spoke in the sector devoted to construction issues.
✔️Transparency in all processes
✔️ Availability of a clear legal framework and implementation of EU standards
✔️Creating a professional Ukrainian-Polish business dialogue
All of these are issues that are extremely important to international partners and should be worked on today, while the war is still ongoing, in order to attract foreign investment and financial assistance.
💬"Ukraine has a strong potential to become an energy hub, develop security facilities, create an inclusive, green and ecological infrastructure from scratch. Experienced in working with institutional funds, Polish construction companies can be a reliable and understandable partner for the Ukrainian side," says Olena Shtohryn.
The discussion was moderated by Konrad Wyrwas, Strategic Director of the Polish Association of Construction Employers.
