Tomorrow! DIAM and CBU Press Conference on Construction Deregulation

On April 24, to accelerate the recovery process, the Government adopted several resolutions, including:

- Introducing the option to choose a state architectural and construction control body for obtaining administrative services;
- Implementing a mechanism to appeal refusals in granting urban planning conditions and restrictions (MUO).

These initiatives aim to ensure the stability of investment planning in the construction sector, create favorable conditions for the country's reconstruction, reduce the regulatory burden on business, and improve the quality of administrative procedures.

Currently, work is underway to create the technical capacity for implementing these changes. They are expected to become operational within a few months.

During the press conference, representatives of DIAM, CBU, and the Cadastre Administrator will discuss:
1. Problems that delay the implementation of construction projects and the necessity of these changes;
2. Innovations introduced by the adopted resolutions;
3. How the procedures for choosing a control body and appealing MUO refusals will function;
4. The expected outcomes from the implementation of these decisions.
