🌐 URC 2026 confirmed the readiness of international partners to invest in the reconstruction of Ukraine

🌍 The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk has once again confirmed that the effective reconstruction of Ukraine is impossible without the synergy of the state, business, and the financial sector. Partnership and international cooperation are key to launching large-scale investment and infrastructure projects.

🤝 Dictio, a member of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU), took an active part in the conference. Olena Shtohryn, Authorized Representative of the CBU for cooperation with the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB) and Managing Partner of Dictio Law Firm, was a speaker at the roundtable "The role of cooperation between business organizations in the process of building a new Ukraine."

🏦 Within the framework of URC 2026, negotiations also took place between representatives of the banking sectors of Ukraine and Poland.

🔹 The Ukrainian side was represented by the Globus Bank team, led by Sergii Mamedov, Chairman of the Bank's Management Board and Vice President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks.
🔹 The Polish side was represented by Dr. Tadeusz Białek, President of the Polish Bank Association (Związek Banków Polskich).
🔹 Olena Shtohryn joined the negotiations as a facilitator of the dialogue regarding the development of the Ukrainian-Polish banking partnership and financial mechanisms to support the reconstruction of Ukraine.

🇪🇺 It is important that the Association of Ukrainian Banks and the Polish Bank Association are part of the European Banking Federation. This opens up additional opportunities for integrating the Ukrainian financial sector into the European space and strengthening international cooperation.

📈 URC 2026 also brought concrete results for Ukraine:
🔹 €3.2 billion — the first tranche within the new EU financial instrument for Ukraine
🔹 $3.4 billion — financing through the World Bank
🔹 Launch of the European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine 🔹 Creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund
🔹 €140 million — for housing programs

🏗️ It is the combination of legal expertise, international partnership, and effective dialogue between all participants in the process that forms the basis for the successful reconstruction of Ukraine and its integration into the European economic space.
